The enclosure also uses beautifully arc-shaped chair legs made of cast aluminum and stable aluminum supports with expansion screws, giving it aesthetic and stable support functionalities.

Customize
This product supports comprehensive customization services, with the specific customization scope as follows:
- Size Customization: The size customization is based on the wheelie bin inner bucket or actual installation space requirement provided by the customer in terms of height, width, and depth to ensure that the overall size and internal structure of the outer shell perfectly fit with the inner bucket/installation scenario.
- Customization of surface treatment: In addition to basic galvanization, passivation can also be customized for electrostatic spraying color (Pantone color card number matching is provided; common colors include RAL 7035 gray, RAL 6021 green, RAL 5010 blue, etc.). “Galvanizing + spraying” double-layer protection can also be customized, suitable for high-corrosion environments such as coastal areas and industrial zones.
- Customize Process: Customer will provide the requirements for customization, such as size, material, surface treatment, function, etc.; we provide design drawing and quotation; confirm the drawing, pay sample fee if necessary; sample making and sending, confirmation with customers, signing the bulk order, mass production, and delivery after passing the quality inspection.
- Structural and functional customization: If required, handle holes and lock installation holes (anti-theft) can be reserved on the side/front of the outer shell. Added to this, the reinforcing rib design, positions for logo silk-screen printing/embossing can also be reserved on the outer shell surface, whose position and size can be customized.
