  1. This system was designed with the northern arid cities in mind, as it focuses on the treatment of large-scale kitchen waste.
  2. It employs a storage pit feeding method with the core process being grab feeding, screening, shredding, dewatering and pressing, and wet anaerobic digestion.
  3. Major advantages are the small degree of organic matter loss, low water consumption, high processing capacity, and lower chances of material blockage.

2. Pre-sorting System for Kitchen Waste Suitable for Wet Anaerobic Digestion

This system has been developed for kitchen waste management in humid southern regions with a mature infrastructure of waste sorting. It boasts direct vehicle loading and provides single-line processing with medium throughput.

The core process consists of direct vehicle loadingcoarse crushing screeningpulping & pressingwet anaerobic digestion. The above work process can efficiently reduce and stabilize kitchen waste, provide relatively higher water use due to process characteristics, and realize the maximum recovery of organic resources for energy and material reutilization.
